Hello and thank you for visiting my page! I am an author, holistic wellness coach, energy healer, and inspirational speaker who is passionate about transforming lives. My interest in natural health and wholeness took me to the Himalayan Institute and Lesley University where I earned a Master of Arts in Holistic Studies in Mind-Body Regulation. During that experiential program I became a certified yoga therapist, was trained in Sanskrit philosophy, and learned therapeutic modalities including Hakomi, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and nutrition.
As the three-time winner and permanent holder of the Seattle University President’s Trophy, I coached and competed with NCAA Division I athletes. I have studied and practiced ancient and modern methods of holistic health for over 35 years with internationally renowned healers and spiritual teachers. My professional background includes leadership positions in business and academic operations and I readily admit to being a table tennis geek.
